Thursday 12-12-2022 In the light of the Egypt Al -Khair Foundation’s interest in building the institutional capabilities of partner societies, the laboratory was launched during the year 2021, until its date, the institutional development services were provided for 315 civil societies, which are partner societies of the Egypt Al -Khair Foundation within 20 governorates in the Arab Republic of Egypt, where the laboratory adopts a work methodology based on the following steps: 🟢 The association's tribal institutional evaluation as soon as the laboratory is joined to determine the institutional gaps and based on the evaluation, the associations are classified into four categories: (A, B, C, D). 🟢 Design the institutional development plan in partnership with partner societies based on the results of the institutional evaluation process. 🟢 Implementing the development plan, which includes a number of interventions, including (providing institutional support to complete the pillars of the financial and administrative system, exercises and workshops to raise the efficiency of workers, providing technical support to associations to reconcile their conditions in accordance with the law regulating the practice of private work 149 for the year 2019, providing technical support to associations in integrating the blog to raise the efficiency of workers in the management of development programs to activate the role of departments councils). 🟢 After completing the implementation of the institutional capacity building plan, the post -institutional evaluation is re -evaluated to measure the interventions that took place, and to make a comparison between the process of tribal evaluation and the postcard. Finally, in the event that the association passes a growth rate according to the agreed standards, the association is graduated from the laboratory and a certificate of graduation is issued.
